June’s Landscape Design Process:
- Initial visit is to build a personal relationship, listen to the client, and introduce them to the Milosi process.
- Conceptual Design– Includes a site visit for measurements, gathering base map information to create the plan, research to select style images that convey the suggestion, and a bid with phasing dependent on budget. This is included in the landscape bid price for medium-large scale projects.
- Design Development – If the conceptual design is approved and we are hired for the install, details for material choices or colors will be addressed. Visits to nurseries to select specimen plants, pots, fountains, sculptural pieces, stains or any other special items provided on an as needed basis and billed hourly.
- Design Installation– Collaboration with the project coordinator to insure that the design intent and material quality meet expectations. An additional fee may be required depending on budget and scope of job.
